Our consultants have recent and relevant experience of service delivery, both as senior managers and for a national regulator of local authorities and the NHS.

We specialise in governance reviews, strategic planning and development, commissioning, service evaluation, business planning and prioritisation across a range of services. These include adult social and health care, community safety, community development, arts, heritage and culture.

As part of offering challenge to senior management teams and executive boards, we provide evidence for change in the form of action research and evaluation. To deliver and demonstrate positive outcomes we support, facilitate and provide high level project management. We also have a good track record in the active consultation of partners, staff groups and people who use services.

Our more recent commissions in 2010 show the range of support we can offer:

• A study into the feasibility of providing independent education for a group of privately managed Children's Residential Homes
• An evaluation of the effectiveness of drug awareness training for a local Constabulary
• Support for SMEs and social enterprises to work sustainably and manage the impact of recession
